We do not process special categories of data (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, etc.) unless essential for a specific service and always with explicit consent or appropriate legal basis.

By default, your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. When a processor involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area (for example, to the US), we apply appropriate guarantees:

As a data subject, you have the following rights recognized in articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and 12 to 18 of the LOPDGDD:

To verify your identity we may request a copy of an official document. We will respond within a maximum of one month, extendable by two more months if the request is complex, informing you of the extension.
If you believe we have not properly addressed your request, you can file a complaint with the AEPD (see next section).
You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the regulations:
Before going to the AEPD, we recommend contacting our DPO; we can normally resolve any queries directly.
Some Dokuflex processes may include artificial intelligence components (for example, data extraction from invoices with OCR). These processes do not produce significant legal effects on data subjects and are always reviewable by a human.
We do not profile for advertising purposes without your express consent. We do not take decisions exclusively based on automation that significantly affect your rights.
Dokuflex services are aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly process data from minors under 14 years old. If you detect that a minor has provided us with data without parental consent, let us know at dpo@dokuflex.com and we will proceed to delete it.
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including:
In case of a security breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you without undue delay and communicate to the AEPD within a maximum of 72 hours.
We have a Data Protection Officer as a single point of contact for privacy matters:
The DPO oversees GDPR compliance, advises the company and acts as liaison with the AEPD.
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. We will indicate the date of the last update at the beginning of the document. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the website before it enters into force.
