VERI*FACTU will be mandatory on 1 January 2027 for Corporate Income Tax and on 1 July 2027 for self-employed and SMEs (RD 1007/2023). The Dokuflex adapter is already available. Bizneo does not cover tax billing.
Doku4Invoices is the Dokuflex invoice-capture solution with OCR + AI and certified digitization compliant with Spain's Order EHA/962/2007. It lets you throw away paper from day one. Bizneo does not operate in this vertical.
Dokuflex publishes EUR 2 per employee per month from the Pro plan. Bizneo HR does not publish prices on its web, which makes any quick TCO comparison harder. If they ask you for an NDA to share a quote, you already know which side of the line you are on.

Not every company needs a horizontal platform. There are two scenarios where Bizneo HR is the more sensible option.
If your real priority is a very mature recruitment ATS with scoring, assessment, multi-channel job boards, high-volume candidate management, or a sophisticated 360 review with predefined frameworks, and you do not mind paying for a premium vertical HR suite, Bizneo HR has very developed vertical modules in those two areas. In Dokuflex this lives on top of low-code BPM: you gain flexibility but initial setup is higher.
If your company has more than 500 employees with a structured HR team looking for a reference HR SaaS tool (not a horizontal platform to consolidate contracts), Bizneo HR is clearly positioned in that segment. Dokuflex also operates in mid-market and large accounts, but the angle is different: stack consolidation, not pure HR specialization.
